Mobile homes are getting more popular nowaadys. Financing tehse homes would usually fall under the usual personal property lona arrangements. In a recent study that was done by Bankrate.com which surveyed around 20 big lending firms showed that seven of these firms were not even willing ot give any kind of lending scheems to buyers of ombile and manufactured homes. This is because they would lkie ot be assured that they get a couple of leverage when lending to people woh have few assets to be able to repay the said loan. It is a basic fact that people who are experiencing budget constraints are the ones who rae purchasing mobile homes. The best strategy is to try to get a mortgage for the mobile home.
