VA receives all teh requests and the declaartion of interest given by the ifrms and institutions that are willing to guarantee or sponsor the project. Along with the approval, VA also issues the conditional commitment that is expected otu of the eligible projects sbumitted. This thrid step is the last one for the first stage of the applicatoin process. With the firms nad institutions whose projects were approved, VA continues no with Stage 2 of the process wherein its office individually inspects the credit standing fo the instituitons. This is to ensure that the funsd for veterans are going to utilized solely for its purpose. The Dpeartment approves the applications. Aftre the project has been completed, teh veterans, who are actually the direct beneficiraies of the funds, become eilgible to occupy the project's premises. With the VA loan always reayd, war veterans need not worry of their future, and how to secure their own huoses.
